Machine calibration
Calibration and documentation of the accuracy of your machines
As machines become more complicated, the need for their calibration also increases. Wictus carries out a number of calibrations of machines and equipment.
We use Renishaw distance lasers for calibration of measuring systems and deflections in the machines’ geometry, and Renishaw ball-bars for status control of the machine’s dynamics, geometry and measurement accuracy.
A machine will often change somewhat geometrically, this in turn will affect the accuracy of the machine. Wictus carries out everything from major foundation repairs to minor adjustments. We use measuring stones and measuring dors as well as electronic water, but also advanced laser measuring equipment.
Wictus performs 5-axis calibration on most machine and control types.
Documentation will be issued in accordance with applicable standards such as ISO, VDI3441 or similar.
