WictusNet is a self-developed web-based maintenance system for follow-up of maintenance. Here we give you a complete overview of the current machine park associated with the system.
Operators sign off that maintenance has been carried out in checklists that have been set up and adapted for the individual machine. If discrepancies are discovered during the completion of checklists, this will be logged and notified to the maintenance manager. Users of the system can also register a deviation on a machine at any time, for example in the event of a machine breakdown.
The customer can also have an overview picture on a large screen in the workshop showing the status of maintenance on all machines and production equipment.
