Operator maintenance

Operator maintenance is available via our web portal, WictusNet. Here we give you a complete overview of the current machine park associated with the system. The operator can log in either using the QR code attached to the relevant machine or equipment, using a smartphone, or logging in directly via a computer. On the portal, the operator will find informative overview images showing the maintenance points, followed by sections for receipt and information, where the operator confirms completed maintenance.

Notification systems have been implemented to remind the operator of maintenance tasks, and the overview images give the production manager full insight into the machine park. In addition, the maintenance manager will be notified in the event of deviations on machines, and can follow up and close any deviations that have been registered.
